I specialize in new home design. My fees are based on the total square footage (under roof) including all porch/patios, garage(s), bonus rooms, etc….

Typically, the cost is $1.00 per square foot, depending on the level of character you’re looking for with the exterior elevations. Any consulting with your builder/contractor during the build process is charged at a rate of $100/hr, plus any related travel expenses.
